This resort boasts an excellent location and clean facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially around the pool area. Dining options were abundant, though some restaurants had limited hours. Do reserve early. popular spots often fill up! The wellness spa is a can't-miss highlight. A solid choice for family vacations!

Beautiful view from the Junior Suite.

The air conditioning barely worked, making our stay uncomfortable. The food was subpar, and we often had to wait excessively for room service. When we requested help with the faulty shower, it took forever to get a response, leaving us frustrated.

It was just an ideal choice for a city break in Cancun with incredible value for money. The food service was slow, but the breakfast at the pool cafe was tasty. Be ready for high-pressure sales tactics at the concierge.

The staff was super helpful, especially with the kids' club—shoutout to the amazing staff who made our kids feel right at home! Dining was decent, but the air conditioning in the buffet really needs an upgrade. Overall, a solid experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Paradisus Cancun All Inclusive! The room was spacious and meticulously clean, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a lovely balcony with stunning ocean views. The staff went out of their way to make my experience enjoyable, always greeting me with a smile and quick service. The beach was pristine and perfect for swimming, and the variety of food options kept me satisfied throughout my stay.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Junior Suite Ocean View. The beach had clean water and soft sand. The room was spacious and well-maintained. Dining options were diverse and the food was delicious. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. 🌊

Great family experience but with some hiccups

We spent 3 nights in a Junior Suite Ocean View and the service at the buffet was outstanding we really enjoyed the NAOS buffet with all the variety it offered. Also, the beach was beautiful and well kept, gave a constant feeling of relaxation every day we spent there.

Clean hotel, spacious room with beautiful ocean views, and a variety of tasty food options including delicious tacos make this place ideal for a restful stay while enjoying the large outdoor swimming pool and convenient beach access.

During my stay, I loved that the resort had direct access to a beautiful beach and was just a short walk from the Interactive Aquarium and Parque Maya Cancun, which made for perfect local strolls after a day of lounging on the sand. it's definitely a great spot for those who enjoy exploring without needing a car.

This resort suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, outdoor pools, and exceptional staff. I recall how they helped my elderly parents during our first stay. Highly recommend tipping for outstanding service. I’m coming back for Easter!

The dining options felt restrictive, as reservations were often needed well in advance and many restaurants had limited menus, which led to frustration. Room service could take an unreasonably long time. waiting over an hour for a simple fruit order isn't ideal. Additionally, the reserve of poolside sunbeds limited guests to only two reserved spots, making it challenging to enjoy the full experience. The spa had limited access too, allowing only one visit per stay, which might not suffice for those looking to unwind more. Also, drink service at the pool could take longer than expected, pushing guests to fetch their own drinks at times.
